This engaging and interactive Enneagram Workshop by Breakthrough Consulting offers professionals a deep dive into their unique strengths and stressors plus provides clear next steps to be their best selves — at work, at play and every day.
Participants not only come away with profound self-awareness (an incredibly under-valued leadership competency!), they make new relational discoveries that serve them as they lead, love and live. Additionally, participants grow in self-compassion and empathy toward others who show up differently in the world than they do.
The best part? Participants complete an online assessment prior to the workshop so they each receive a 20+ page iEQ9 Standard Enneagram Report to review beforehand. These reports allow for maximized results, personalized take-aways, and ongoing transformation.
Box lunches are included and will be available if you need to head out immediately following the workshop. However, you're encouraged to take advantage of the networking lunch to continue getting to know the other particiants.
