After purchase, you'll receive an email with the link to take the iEQ9 assessment. Please be patient as it can take up to 24 hours to generate. Also, check your SPAM folder if you don't see it after one day (some email clients do funny things sometimes).

Your iEQ9 report will arrive promptly in your email inbox after you complete the assessment. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a link to schedule your 3 "bonus" 45-minute coaching sessions.

• All coaching sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.
• Ideally, the sessions are scheduled every 2 weeks, but some clients prefer to meet once a month.
• Booked sessions that are canceled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
• The 3 sessions must be used by the same person and may not be transfered to another individual after the first session. 

Unfortunately, iEQ9 reports are ineligible for refunds. However, we understand sometimes the unexpected happens or the coaching relationship isn't what you expected. If you'd like to request a no-questions-asked buy-back of your unused coaching sessions (at $89 per unused session), simply email support@breakthru4you.com with your request.
