Breakthrough Breakouts are mini wellness adventures. These recreational outings take place in Central Kentucky and are customized to your fitness level and skill. Whether you want to hike, bike or kayak, you'll have the opportunity to get out in nature, take a deep breath (actually, many deep breaths!), remember what's important to you, and activate your sense of adventure. Breakthrough Wellness has designed these breakouts to spark joy, to provide renewal for your body, mind and soul, and to provide support right where you are on your wellness journey. You can think of your Breakthrough Breakout as meeting with your wellness coach while on the move!

Book now and schedule at your convenience. If you're booking as a gift (great idea!), just select a day/time you think is best. The recipient will be able to move the session to a time that's best, as needed.
Note: The hiking breakout is available year-round. Biking and kayaking breakouts are only available April 15 - October 31.

Breakthrough Wellness is committed to social distancing and following the CDC's guidelines as well as the Governor's directives.
