Service Description

Client must be 18 years or older and will be required to complete a release form prior to participation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances occasionally arise that make it difficult to keep appointments. While 48 hours notice is preferred, Breakthrough Wellness will reschedule your booking of a 1-on-1 coaching session or recreational outing if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations may be made via phone, text or email. Coaching session and recreational outings missed or cancelled with less than 24 hour’s notice are forfeited. If cancelled, all complimentary breakthrough strategy sessions calls will be rescheduled according to the client's preference and availability.
